Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 7 ~ 70 years old, gender unlimited; 2. Meet the diagnosis standard of western medicine for chronic osteomyelitis; 3. The bacterial culture was sensitive to vancomycin; 4. Patients and their families are willing to accept the treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute osteomyelitis caused by various causes; 2. Complicated with serious medical and surgical diseases, tuberculosis, tumor, severe diabetes, Parkinson's disease, rheumatoid joint disease, etc.; 3. Various contraindications related to surgery; 4. Patients and their families are unwilling to accept the treatment.
