Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily participate in and sign the informed consent; 2. Aged 18-65 years, male; 3. The patient's diagnosis of gout was clear and in line with the 2015 ACR / EULAR criteria for gout diagnosis; 4. In half a year, the number of gout attacks >= 6 or the latest one lasts for 1 month without relief.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with infection and other inflammatory diseases; 2. Patients with other chronic consumptive diseases; 3. Taking other drugs unrelated to gout at the same time; 4. ALT and AST were more than 2 times of the upper limit of normal value; 5. Renal function damage, Cr >= 1.5 mg / dl (133 µ mol / L) or bun >= 1.5 times the upper limit of normal value.
