Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The clinical and radiographic lumbar disc; 2. Determine the height of prolapse percutaneous spine endoscopic surgery; 3. ASA I - II level; 4. Aged 20 ~ 60 years; 5. Body mass index of 18.5-23.9 kg/m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There are local anesthetics, right the microphones will use contraindicated; 2. History of lung disease; 3. With lumbar instability, lumbar olisthe; 4. Has a history of spinal surgery or other organs recent surgery; 5. Merging neural, endocrine and metabolic disease and suffering from diseases such as heart, lung, liver, kidney or acute or chronic inflammation in recent activity.
