Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged over 18 years; (2) Gender:female; (3) Pregnant women; (4) Serum total bile acid over 10 µM/L

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) In-vitro fertilization and embryo transfer; (2) Elevated liver enzymes and low platelets syndrome; (3) Multiple pregnancy; (4) Pre-eclampsia; (5) Family history of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy.
