21 Years to 68 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Persistent infection in premolars or molars post root canal therapy 2. Exhibiting adjacent maxillary mucosa thickness > 2 mm; 3. Intact crown restoration.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Taking antibiotics recently; 2. Receiving sinus endoscopic surgery before; 3. Pathogenic teeth >= 2; 4. With periodontitis, oroantral fistulas or dental surgery history; 5. Appearing as a dome-shaped radiopacity within the sinus; 6. With a history of systemic diseases.
