Age
25 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Between 25 and 55 years old; 2. Symptomatic fibroids with indications for myomectomy; 3. 1-6 subserosal or intramural fibroids not exceeding 120 mm in diameter; 4. Signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with submucosal fibroids or other gynecological diseases such as ovarian cysts or endometrial hyperplasia; 2. Patients at risk of malignant uterine fibroids diagnosed by transvaginal ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging; 3. Patients with a history of serious mental illness or other serious medical complications in the past 6 monthsSigned Informed Consent; 4. Pregnancy; 5. Previous history of hysteromyoma resection.
