Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 18 years, male; 2. Volunteer to participate in this study, the patient himself or the legal representative signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous surgical history of anorectal malignant tumors; 2. Patients with severe medical complications and mental disorders cannot cooperate with this project; 3. Refuse to participate in the study of patients, or do not cooperate with the study of patients.
