Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult female; 2. Patients diagnosed as IC/BPS according to the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK) diagnostic criteria; 3. Urine routine or urine culture test results are negative; 4. No antibiotic treatment within one month.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Antibiotic treatment within one month; 2. Positive urine routine or urine culture results; 3. Lower urinary tract symptoms due to drug abuse (such as ketamine-related cystitis); 4. Invasive transurethral procedures in the past month (Such as urodynamic examination, indwelling catheter and transurethral cystoscopy); 5. The patient is still in special periods such as pregnancy and breastfeeding.
