20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The indication for all 20 patients undergoing TKR was: (1) osteoarthritis of the knee joint with at least grade 2 by Kellgren-Lawrence (K-L) grading system using Altman Atlas; (2) restrict joint activities. Patients in the osteoarthritis group must meet the following criteria: (1) knee OA histopathologically; (2) primary knee arthroplasty; (3) follow-up data were complete.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases met the following criteria would not be included in the study: (1) secondary knee arthroplasty; (2) patients also diagnosed diabetes, coronary heart disease or other severe condition or diseases; (3) knee infection or other autoimmune diseases occurred before the operation.
