Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Comply with the diagnosis of gastric ulcer, chronic gastritis, chronic superficial gastritis, chronic atrophic gastritis, chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia (including complete and incomplete intestinal metaplasia) and atypical hyperplasia Standard, endoscopy and pathological diagnosis meet the new Sydney standard (2) Helicobacter pylori infection is positive; (3) No PPI, bismuth, antibiotics or any other drugs that may affect the test results 2 weeks before the test; (4) Between the ages of 18-70, there is no restriction on men and women; (5) Voluntarily accept the test and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Disability (blindness, deafness, dumbness, intellectual disability) and mental illness who cannot cooperate and tolerate gastroscopy; (2) Patients with severe liver, kidney, heart, lung and other system diseases; (3) Women who plan to become pregnant, pregnant and lactating; (4) Patients who have received Helicobacter pylori clearance treatment.
