Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All the patients were diagnosed according to the criteria of diagnosis and treatment of primary liver cancer (2019 Edition) and Barcelona standard. In addition, the patients should meet the following criteria: (1) advanced HCC confirmed by imaging histology; (2) not suitable for surgery; (3) child Pugh a or B (<= 7); (4) at least one measurable lesion; and (5) ECoG score of 0-1.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; (2) patients with pregnancy, reproductive and embryogenic tumors, active liver disease and metastatic liver cancer; (3) patients with hepatitis A, hepatitis B, hepatitis C and other types of hepatitis; (4) patients with hematological diseases, autoimmune diseases and other diseases.
