Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: VS diagnostic criteria: 1) Unconscious of the surrounding environment. 2) No visual tracking and response to speech. 3) Functional preservation of hypothalamus and brainstem. 4) To respond to external stimuli, there may be independent frowning, crying, etc. 5) There are sleep and awakening cycles. 6) Primitive reflex exists, and other reflexes such as grip, light reflex and tendon reflex may exist. 7) There is random movement. 8) Blood pressure control and cardiopulmonary function are intact, and there may be fecal incontinence. MCS diagnostic criteria: 1) Follow simple instructions. 2) Gestures or oral answers to questions (but inaccurate). 3) Emergency action or emotional response to the environment. 4) Follow or gaze with eyeballs.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Extensive skin damage and infection in the head and face; diabetes; other diseases with unstable vital signs; use of sedatives or anesthetics.
