Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged >= 60 years, right-handed; in line with DSM-IV "major depressive disorder" diagnostic criteria, current HAMD-17 score >= 17; the medication regimen remains unchanged two weeks before treatment and during the study period; agree to participate in this study and sign Make informed consent.
