Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children with clinical and pathological diagnosis of GPP; Age 0-18 years; Patients with indications of oral ACITRETIN; Severity (Psoriasis Area Severity Index, PASI) >10 points; Blood routine examination, liver and kidney function, blood lipids, blood glucose, electrolytes were normal; The difference between biological age (bone age) and life age is less than 1 year; Patients who had previously been treated with ACITRETIN but relapsed after withdrawal or reduction; Signed informed consent and full cooperation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: There are physical defects, such as polydactyly, deafness, blindness and congenital heart defect; there are other major diseases, such as malignant tumors, immunodeficiency, etc. There are also severe or chronic infections, such as tuberculosis, Hepatitis B, pneumonia, etc.
