Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 55-75 years. 2. Diagnosis is consistent with primary Parkinson's disease. 3. No severe tremor (UPDRS-II scale score 16th item = 30%.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient refuses to participate in the study and is unwilling or unable to sign the informed consent form. 2. There are mental, psychological, and cognitive impairments that cannot cooperate with surgery and follow-up. 3. Can not walk, or accompanied by other diseases affecting walking distance. 4. There are contraindications for neurosurgery, such as cerebral infarction, hydrocephalus, coagulopathy, etc. 5. There are tumors, liver function, severe renal function abnormalities (index more than 3 times normal) and other concomitant diseases that seriously affect health. 6. There are other neurological lesions, such as intracranial space, cerebrovascular disease, mental illness, etc. 7. Patients cannot be scanned for MRI (such as claustrophobia or implants in the body).
