Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with Parkinson's disease, dystonia, idiopathic tremor, Tourette's syndrome, Tourette's disease, epilepsy, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, anorexia nervosa, pain and other diseases who plan to undergo DBS; (2) Aged < 75 years, regardless of gender.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe cognitive impairment (MMSE < 13). (2) Severe medical coexisting diseases affect the operation or survival time. (3) Pregnant or lactating women. (4) The patient withdraws the informed consent or fails to complete the follow-up plan on schedule. (5) There is a mental illness (such as schizophrenia) that has not been treated or has not been relieved after treatment.
