18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. First episode cerebral infarction; 2. infarct location in basal ganglia or semiovale area; 3. stable vital signs; 4. aged 40 to 65 years old; 5. course of disease 3-6 months; 6. Brunnstrom grade hand = 25 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe speech, attention, hearing, vision, intelligence, mental or cognitive impairment (MMSE < 27 points); 2. severe spasm or pain; 3. bone joint muscle disease affecting limb activity; 4. metal foreign body in the body; 5. alcohol or drug addicts; 6. other serious nervous system diseases, malignant tumors and serious cardiopulmonary, liver and kidney damage.
