Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Both men and women; 2. Aged 18 to 45 years; 3. Class II, Class 1.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Long-term use of antibiotics, phenytoin, cyclosporine, systemic corticosteroids and calcium channels 2. Blockers and other drugs that may affect bone metabolism; 3. Poor oral hygiene; 4. Severe skeletal Class II malocclusion; 5. Systemic diseases; 6. There is evidence of osteoporosis; 7. History of orthodontic treatment; 8. Periodontal disease; 9. Gingivitis, dental caries; 10. History of maxillofacial trauma; 11. Smoking.
