Interventions

Group A:0.4% ropivacaine 40-50ml for multi-point rectus sheath block
Group B:Multi-point rectus sheath block with 40-50ml normal saline

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Sign the informed consent; 2. Aged 18-75 years; 3. ASA grading II~III; 4. Patients planning to undergo laparoscopic colon and rectal surgery at an optional date.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications to regional block technique (local anesthetic allergy, infection around puncture site and coagulation disorder); 2. A history of dependence on painkillers; 3. Patients with dementia or severe cognitive impairment; 4. Any cerebrovascular accident occurred within 3 months, such as stroke, TIA, etc.; 5. Patients with severe hypertension or unstable preoperative blood pressure control; 6. Any communication difficulties.

Pain score during rest and activity at 24 hours postoperatively;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The amount of anesthetic drugs and vasoactive drugs and the amount of fluid in and out during the operation;Patient's operation time, anesthesia time, wake-up time, extubation time, time in and out of PACU;Scores of rest and exercise pain at each postoperative follow-up time point (NRS score, 0-10);The use of PCA and other analgesics at 24h and 48h after operation;
