Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy adult (18-65 years old); 2. The patient has missing teeth and requires implant restoration; 3. Complies with non-embedded healing (specifically, it can be determined according to the teachers own non-embedded healing standards): no bone graft in the near and far, No obvious soft group defect, glycosylated hemoglobin < 8%; 4. Good oral hygiene: full mouth plaque index <= 25%; full mouth bleeding index less than or equal to 25%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy or breast-feeding; 2. Are taking drugs (phenytoin, cyclosporine or calcium channel blockers), warfarin or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs that may affect the periodontal condition; 3. Suffering from uncontrollable systemic diseases; 4. Are allergic to tetracycline, are using chlorhexidine or other types of mouthwash, and have taken antibiotics within 3 months; 5. Smoking.
