Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) The age at the time of signing the informed consent form is between 18 and 70 years old (including both ends), regardless of gender. 2) The patients with autoimmune diseases were diagnosed according to the American Rheumatic Association (ACR) / European Rheumatic Union (EULAR) classification criteria of autoimmune diseases. 3) The course of treatment with any dose of glucocorticoid is expected to exceed 3 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Have a history of lymphoproliferative disease, or may be various signs or symptoms of lymphoproliferative disease. 2) have a history of malignant tumor. 3) patients with a history of recurrent herpes zoster, disseminated herpes zoster or disseminated herpes simplex, or a random history of herpes zoster or herpes simplex within the first 2 months. 4) have mental or neurological diseases, unwilling to communicate or have language barriers, unable to fully understand and collaborate. 5) the researchers believe that there are any other factors that may affect the conduct of this study or the evaluation of the results.
