18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged between 18 and 60 years; (2) HBsAg (+) more than half a year; (3) TBil increased > 17umol/L/ day (more than three days); (4) 20% = 400U/L or AST >= 400U/L; (6) Signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Liver lesions with other causes, such as drugs, alcohol, other viral hepatitis, etc; (2) Complicated with malignant tumor; (3) Complicated with hepatic encephalopathy, hepatorenal syndrome and severe infection; (4) The circulatory system is unstable; (5) Patients with active bleeding.
