18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 and 80 years; 2. Confirmed diagnosis of acute pancreatitis; 3. Within 72h after the onset of abdominal pain; 4. Informed consent obtained from all patients or their legal representatives prior to randomization.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactation women; 2. Combined with any end-stage tumors; 3. Patient in a moribund state(estimated dead within 12h); 4. Combined with any end-stage comorbidities; 5. Participating in clinical trials which may affect the results of this trial.
