18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 18 years old; 2. No systemic or ocular infection (conjunctivitis, blepharitis, dacryocystitis and other acute or chronic ocular infectious diseases); 3. No or glaucoma; 4. No autoimmune disease or immunosuppressive therapy; 5. No antibiotics were used in the whole body or local area in recent one month; 6. The eyes included in the study did not undergo eye surgery or trauma in the past month; 7. No history of quinolones allergy; 8. No history of wearing bandage glasses; 9. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Nasal inflammation, blepharitis, ectropion, entropion, trichiasis and double ciliary were found; 2. Diabetes mellitus; The researchers believe that there are any factors that affect the subjects' participation in the trial or evaluation of the results (such as the occurrence of infectious symptoms such as influenza or failure to use the test drug as required).
