Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. An elective cesarean section aged 18 to 45 years old, weighing 65 to 80 kg, ASA I or II grade, and 36W+ pregnancy. 2. No history of hypertension, diabetes, or allergy to anesthetics. 3. No abnormalities of heart, lung, liver, kidney function and pregnancy-related complications. 4. No coagulation dysfunction and no infection at the puncture site.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe pregnancy-induced hypertension, placenta previa, placental abruption, twin pregnancy, etc., 2. Severe atrioventricular block, allergy to anesthetics. 3. Intraspinal anesthesia is contraindicated and the mother refuses.
