Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female; 2. Complete clinical data; 3. Clinical manifestations include breast pain, breast lumps, nipple discharge, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women; 2. History of breast prosthesis implantation, history of breast inflammation, history of radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 3. History of breast surgery on the affected side; 4. The pathological diagnosis result is missing.
