Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Critically neurological patients (cerebral hemorrhage, ischemia, tumor, infectious diseases or brain trauma) in accordance with NICU criteria; 2. Aged 18-80 years; 3. NCCU treatment time (LOS) > = 7 days; 4. Enteral nutrition was given within 48 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. GCS > 12; 2. Irreversible brain hernia / brain death; 3. High dose vasopressors (norepinephrine > 0.4 UG / kg / min, dopamine > 20 UG / kg / min); 4. Pituitary crisis; 5. Enteral nutrition contraindications.
