TP group:ultrasound-guided transversus abdominis plane block (0.375% ropivacaine 20ml on each side) combined with PCIA(butorphanol 3.5ug/kg/h ,flurbiprofen axetil 83 ug/kg/h+Tropisetron mesylate13.33m
PCIA group:sufentanil 150ug, tropisetron mesylate 13.33mg
PCEA group:morphine 8mg, ropivacaine 135mg

25 Years to 45 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Aged 25 to 45 years, height 155 to 175cm, weight 60 to 80kg, ASA physical status I or II, singleton pregnancy, without obstetric complications, without history of peptic ulcer, without coagulopathy, informed Consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: BMI > 35 kg/ m2, with the history of drug allergy, Opioid tolerance,contraindication of spinal anesthesia.
