Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elective uniportal-video-assisted thoracic surgery or open thoracic surgery; aged >= 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients have difficulty in commnications or cognitive dysfunction; Patients refuse follow-ups or lost to follow-ups; Bilateral thoracic surgery; History of thoracic operation; Major casulaties during the follow-ups.
