18 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult (>= 18 years old) and complete development 2. Imaging examination showed no significant changes in bone and no obvious lesions of jaw bone 3. Double maxillary surgery (Lefort I osteotomy and sagittal split ramus osteotomy (SSRO) surgery were performed at the same time for patients with mouth opening > 30mm 4. Preoperative examination of perioral muscle function and facial expression without obvious defects 5. Agree to participate in this clinical trial.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with maxillofacial soft tissue lesions caused by congenital diseases such as cleft lip and palate and partial atrophy; 2. Patients with secondary perioral muscle and soft tissue lesions caused by tumor/trauma; 3. Patients with a history of central and peripheral facial paralysis; 4. Muscle and nervous system history; 5. Jawbone lesions; 6. Jawbone surgery was performed before admission; 7. Botox and hyaluronic acid injections within the past year; 8. Maxillofacial prosthesis implanters.
