Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Unequal length of femur diagnosed by clinical symptoms, signs and imaging examination, the difference > 5 cm; (2) Femoral lengthening with external fixator, assisted with internal fixation; (3) The age of patients less than 16 years old; (4) Good compliance, can be followed up on time, voluntarily sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with high risk of surgical infection by clinical assessment; (2) The external fixator and internal fixation could not be carried out simultaneously; (3) The expected lengthening length is less than 5cm.
