Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients meeting the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for depression; 2. Aged 18 to 70 years old; 3. Hamilton Depression Scale (HAND-17) score >= 24; 4. Only escitalopram was used at a dose of 20mg per day; 5. Certain visual and auditory resolution without understanding disorders; 6. Capacity to independently complete the self-test scale; 7. Education above primary school; 8. Both patients and guardians agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of severe physical disease or brain organic disease; 2. History of brain injury or head surgery; 3. History of metal implantation in the body; 4. Patients who had been treated with MECT or failed to receive rTMS within one month; 5. History of epilepsy and drug dependence; 6. Patients who were combined with other antidepressants or drug dose changes during the observation period; 7. Dementia/developmental delay diagnosis with behavioral disorder.
