Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent unilateral TKA for the first time; 2. Patients diagnosed with severe knee osteoarthritis according to the 2013 American College of Orthopaedic Surgeons Guidelines for the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Rheumatoid arthritis; 2. Uremia, patients requiring long-term hemodialysis; 3. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, severe diabetes, peripheral neuropathy, bone tumors, etc. 4. Patients with psychiatric diseases; 5. Patients and their families do not agree to participate in this study.
