Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnostic criteria of acute exacerbation of COPD was met; 2. Acute exacerbation of COPD was the first admission diagnosis; 3. Adult patients; 4. Patients signed informed consent and participated in the study voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hospital stay less than 3 days; 2. Patients with mental illness or subjective unable to cooperate.
