Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Older than 18 years old; 2. Duration of hospital stay >= 72h; 3. The expected postoperative survival time is more than 3 months; 4. Patients with breast cancer needing surgery; 5. Preoperative anesthesia score was grade I or II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The estimated time of endotracheal intubation is more than 24h; 2. Unable to cooperate with data collection; 3. Long-term oral painkillers 4. Serious heart, brain, liver and kidney dysfunction; 5. Patients with visual loss.
