Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women in mid-pregnancy, between 12 and 28 weeks of gestation. 2. Between the ages of 20 and 45 years. 3. Informed consent, voluntary participation and cooperation in the completion of the project, and signed informed consent. 4. No smoking, drinking or other bad habits.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have high blood pressure, diabetes. 2. Severe liver and kidney function, cardiovascular and oncological diseases. 3. Recent use of diuretics. 4. Those who are unable to cooperate in the completion of the 3d drinking water survey and dietary survey. 5. The duration of urine collection is <22h or there is at least 1 urine collection in 24h.
