18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Gastroscopy has been performed and there is a clear pathological diagnosis of esophageal cancer; 2) Aged 18 to 75 years; 3) ASA (American College of Anesthesiologists Patient Status Assessment Grade I ~ III); 4) Patients undergoing three-incision radical resection of esophageal cancer under elective general anesthesia; 5) No previous chest or abdominal surgery; 6) Lung function can tolerate endoscopic surgery, and the functions of heart, liver, kidney and other major organs are basically normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Past history of severe hypertension, diabetes, liver and kidney diseases and allergic history of anesthetic drugs; 2) Patients with asthma or emergency operation; 3) Mental retardation and nervous system diseases; 4) Patients with severe heart disease and preoperative adjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 5) Participating in other clinical trials; 6) Patients with coagulation dysfunction.
