Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age of lactating mothers: 18-40 years old (excluding the influence of growth and aging factors); 2. Nationality is not limited; 3. Region: Northern China.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects failed to take probiotics as required; 2. Subjects could not cooperate with the visitors; 3. Subjects with serious diseases during pregnancy or lactation; 4. Patients who took drugs affecting gut microbiota one month before recruiting; 5. Subjects taking other drugs that affect gut microbiota during treatment and observation; 6. Subjects suffer from other serious diseases, and other diseases that affect the gut microbiota.
