Evolocumab group:Inject 140 mg of Evolocumab subcutaneously, once every two weeks
Alirocumab group:Inject 140 mg of Alirocumab subcutaneously, once every two weeks

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years old; 2. Clear diagnosis of ACS and undergo PCI intervention; 3. Sign the informed consent form and be willing to cooperate in the entire research process.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hemodynamic or electrocardiographic instability; 2. Allergic to research drugs and their ingredients; 3. The subject has received PCSK9 inhibitor treatment or participated in other studies that inhibit PCSK9; 4. Patients with severe renal insufficiency, eGFR < 30mL/min/1.73m2, 5. With obstructive jaundice, active liver disease, chronic hepatitis, AST or ALT exceeds the upper limit of normal by 3 times; 6. Women during pregnancy or lactation; 7. End-stage tumor; 8. Septic shock, connective tissue disease, blood system disease, diabetic ketosis or hyperosmolar coma;
