Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Met diagnostic criteria for ahrf: PaO2 / FiO2 = 25 bpm; 3. Clinical center judgment should give hfnc therapy; 4. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chest circumference less than 70 cm or greater than 150 cm is not appropriate for EIT straps; 2. EIT ties are not tolerated with unstable spinal injuries or thoracic surgical incisions; 3. Electrically active implant with pacemaker, cardiac defibrillator; 4. Sequential treatment with hfnc after weaning the ventilator; 5. Treatment was not active in the self or family.
