Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Tendon transplantation was performed, including semitendinosus tendon, gracilis tendon and peroneal longus tendon; 2. Aged over 18 and under 55 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: There are obvious symptoms of muscle atrophy.
