18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years; 2. Comply with hemorrhoids II, III diagnostic criteria; 3. Internal hemorrhoids that failed to be treated conservatively 4. Patients who signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with severe liver and kidney, heart, brain and lung insufficiency, and abnormal coagulation function; 2. Patients with inflammatory bowel disease highly suggested by past medical history or anorectal colonoscopy; 3. Accompanied by inflammatory external hemorrhoids; 4.Incarcerated hemorrhoids; 5. Complicated with perianal abscess, anal fistula, rectal polyp, intestinal tumor or intestinal infectious disease; 6. Screening patients with pregnancy plan 1 month before, during and 6 months after the study; 7. Pregnant or lactating women; 8. Other patients deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the investigator.
