Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients who were scheduled for laparoscopic gastrointestinal tumor resection; 2. ASA grade I-III; 3. Aged 18-65 years; 4. education level above primary school; 5. signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative tumor metastasis; 2. Intestinal obstruction; 3. patients with severe heart, liver, kidney and other organic diseases; 4. pregnant or lactating women; 5. Patients with relevant contraindications for treatment; 6. Preoperative drugs affecting intestinal flora disorders.
