Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Conformed to the diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis; And the range of motion of the joint is less than the normal range: 0-140 degree; And the visual scale of pain (VAS) score was less than 7. (2) Aged 18-65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with knee infection, tuberculosis, tumor and other serious joint diseases; (2) Women in pregnancy and lactating period; (3) Patients with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
