Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Informed consent signed by the patient or his legal representative; 2) Aged >= 18 and <= 80 years; 3) Clinical findings of ground glass nodules in the lung; 4) Patients who intend to undergo minimally invasive biopsy (respiratory endoscopic biopsy or CT-guided lung biopsy) or surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who failed to obtain a pathological diagnosis; 2) Failure to obtain peripheral blood samples or lung CT image data with a slice thickness of <= 1mm; 3) Past history of lung cancer; 4) The patient refused to participate in the study; 5) Poor patient compliance.
