65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent; (2) Aged >= 65 years (3) ASA class I~ III; (4) 18 kg/m2 <= BMI <=30 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients allergic to benzodiazepines or dexmedetomidine; (2) Schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease and other neuropsychiatric diseases before surgery; (3) Unable to complete preoperative neuropsychological assessment (MMSE score <= 24 points); (4) Any cerebrovascular accidents, such as stroke and transient ischemic attack (TIA), occurred within 3 months; (5) Abuse history of sedatives, antidepressants and psychoactive drugs, and alcohol abuse; (6) The liver and kidney and other important organs are severely impaired; (7) Other researchers consider it inappropriate to be included in the study.
