18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged >n18 years; (2) Serum sodium > 155mmol/L; (3) Normal urine volume and good diuretic response; (4) Patients with prerenal oliguria whose urine volume can be recovered after fluid rehydration.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT); (2) Patients with diabetes insipidus whose urine volume cannot be controlled; (3) Acute kidney injury (AKI) patients with no response to fluid rehydration or diuretics; (4) Patients with uremia; (5) Patients with heart failure; (6) The calculated liquid inflow is greater than 500ml/h; (7) Diabetic patients with poor insulin response and stubbornly elevated blood sugar.
