18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients aged >= 18 years; (2) Patients with initial unilateral and bilateral total knee arthroplasty due to end-stage osteoarthritis; (3) No obvious abnormality was found in preoperative blood biochemical and coagulation tests.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients complicated with malignant tumors, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and other serious diseases;(2) Abnormal coagulation function, thrombocytopenia and concurrent infection; (3) Patients who quit the experiment halfway.
