Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Case group inclusion criteria: deep hip pain, which can radiate to the groin, buttocks and thighs, significant during exercise, and the course of the disease is more than 3 months; lumbosacral spine examination is negative; physical examination ischi-femoral impingement test (IFIt) and long-span walking At least one of the tests (LSW) was positive; the space between the sciatic femur and quadratus femoris was narrow; the quadratus femoris MR examination showed fatty infiltration and muscle atrophy, and the quadratus femoris showed high signal in PDFS sequence. Inclusion criteria for the control group: age> 18 years old, no history of hip developmental deformity and hip trauma, no hip joint and lower limb pain symptoms and signs; no abnormality in the bone quality of the hip joint.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Common exclusion criteria: previous history of spinal and hip trauma or surgery; other diseases that may cause pain in the deep buttocks and hip joint groin area, such as bone tumors, tendon tears and muscle strains, avascular necrosis of the femoral head, and hip joints Inflammation, dynamic mechanical axis instability of the lumbosacral spine, etc.
