Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Femoral intertrochanteric fracture with AO classification A2; 2. Actue fracture within 2 weeks; 3. Aged 30-90 years; 4. Fully understand and voluntarily sign informed consent; Those who meet all the above conditions can join the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Need open reduction during operation; 2. Need long nail for fixation; 3. Open fracture; 4. Patients with mental disorders or severe bone changes(Pathological fracture); 5. Patients with other organ injury or fracture need additional treatment such as operation; 6. Accompanied with neuromotor disfunction or lower limb muscle strength abnormality; 7. Patients with severe coagulation dysfunction; Those who meet one of the above conditions shall be excluded.
